Sound Session Frequency
Do I have to keep doing this?
Each time you do a voice recording using the Quantum Sound Therapy system it is like a snap shot in time. Because we are constantly changing or evolving, a new voice recording supports this new growth. Another aspect would be if we want to shift our focus or our intention to support a new subject such as better health, a new project or business.
How often should I do this?
This depends on how fast you want to accelerate your growth. If you are on a fast track like a wellness plan every two weeks will support rapid growth. If you run out of structured water it is a good time for a new session. If you want a maintenance plan then four times a year at the solstice and equinoxes is a good idea or add the cross quarters for eight times a year.
